"It was a  4 day Heritage Forum Event.
36 WW II veterans from all theatre's of operations in WW II.
Tuscaloosa pilots, Wasps, PT Boats, B-17 Pilots, B-29 Pilots, RAF -Pilots
Glider Pilots, and 2 x POW's. I was one of the two lucky POW's that was
chosen. We were treated like celebrities, and was my eyes opened concerning
our young generation.  Fine and dedicated".
